Tips for Wedding Hair

Sometimes before a big day like a wedding, your hair might need a little bit of a boost. Everyone struggles with different hair ailments, to be fair, but few people know anything of the simple tricks that can change hair for the better in a very short amount of time. Through ongoing beauty research and real life experience traveling more often than not, I have caught onto some of these secrets and I'm ready and willing to share them. If you're struggling with some sort of hair condition before a big day, maybe I can help you solve your problem.

If you have naturally oily hair, try mixing baby powder into your hair after it has dried. You'd think that this would leave a white residue, but it truly blends in after a little bit of brushing. The baby oil absorbs the grease and it leaves your hair much more neutral and more full, too.

If you have naturally thick, coarse hair and conditioners don't seem to do the trick...mix and egg, avocado, and olive oil (or mayo) together. Put this on your wet hair as a deep conditioner and leave it in for 30 minutes. You'll be floored with the results.

If you have dull hair and are looking for a way to increase shine, coat your hair with lemon or lime juice the day before the big day and make sure it is exposed to sunlight for at least an hour. This will bring out the natural highlights in your hair and it'll look better than anything a salon could pull off.

These are just a few tricks, I hope they help!
