The Bride's Cafe has brought us this fantastic DIY photo station. A very cool alternative to the photo booth trend. Having a selection of user friendly, creative cameras each with their different finishes. The Polaroid for the old school point, shoot and voila!, the Holga camera for a vintage, grainy look, a camera with black & white film, fisheye cameras and more. Search Ebay, Craigslist, toy stores, and even your friends closets to find your variety of cameras. And there you have it-a truly unique way to capture your big day!

The Dessy Group Partners with Top Fashion Designer Cynthia Rowley

I am so thrilled to announce that The Dessy Group has a new and exciting partnership with top American fashion designer Cynthia Rowely to produce Cynthia Rowley Bridesmaids, an exclusive collection of designer bridesmaid dresses!

The lovely new dresses will include tulle skirts, drop-waist silhouettes, floor and tea lengths in gorgeous fabrics such as duchess satin and cotton sateen. "We wanted to bring a chic sensibility to bridesmaids dresses-a look that is pretty yet sophisticated," said Cynthia Rowley.

Wish Upon a Wedding-National Raise Awareness Week

This week is the official National Raise Awareness week for Wish Upon a Wedding, an organization that is making dreams come true. Wish Upon a Wedding is America's first wedding wish granting organization dedicated to giving hope and celebrating the spirit of people with life-threatening illness. It is a non-profit organization that was founded on the concept that no one should ever be denied the chance to marry their soul mate even if they do not have long to live. It was created to celebrate the courage, determination and spirit of these couples by granting their dream wedding wishes.

I cannot say enough about how much I love the mission and vision of this very important organization. The Dessy Group is donating $1000 in Dessy dresses and accessories to help their great cause. Believe it or not, I recently tried macaroons for the first time. I know I know, I was missing out on heaven all these years!
